GRAND LAKES MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT No. 4 IS CURRENTLY OPERATING UNDER STAGE 1 DROUGHT RESPONSE MEASURES
As of August 24, 2023, the North Fort Bend Water Authority ("Authority") has activated Stage 1 (voluntary reductions) of its Drought Contingency Plan in response to prevailing climate and weather conditions. This decision has prompted Grand Lakes MUD No. 4 to implement Stage 1 of its own Drought Contingency Plan.
While Stage 1 is classified as a voluntary measure, we kindly urge your support in adhering to the following outdoor watering schedule:
- Properties with odd numbered addresses irrigate only on Wednesday and Saturdays
- Properties with even numbered addresses irrigate only on Thursdays and Sundays
- Irrigation between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (evening hours only)
If you have a programmable controller, please set it to water no more than twice a week; ensuring all watering cycles conclude by 6:00 a.m.
Please note, irrigation of common areas is serviced by reclaimed water and does not tap into the potable water system.
